Welcome to the Care Partner version of the Silvertree app! Soon you'll know the Reach dashboard like a pro. The profile is designed to keep you connected with your loved one and give you peace of mind.

In this article, you can read some general information on each of the main features of the Care Partner Dashboard.

ℹ️ Note: You need to have your Reach Wearer send an invitation to your account before you can see the dashboard. If you have not received an invitation see the article on how Care Teams work.

1 Your Care Partner Profile

Tap on your initials to edit or log out of your profile. You can also come here if you need to get in touch with support or learn more about our policies

2 Your loved ones' dashboard

The dashboard card contains the most important information you'll need about your loved one.

πŸ‘‰ Note that during an active emergency, this screen will look different. You can see the article on what happens during an emergency here.

3 Your loved ones' device settings

This is where you can see if your loved one has 24/7 emergency services turned on or off and if fall detection is turned on or off. The setting will show green if its on and grey with a cross out if it is off.

πŸ‘‰ Learn more about device settings here.

4 Important note for unverified phone numbers

If you see the red phone with a cross out next to your loved one's name this means they have not verified their phone number and in the case of an emergency help would not be dispatched. It's very important to remind your loved one to verify their phone number.

5 Your loved ones' battery level and entry to the extended dash

You can quickly view your loved ones Reach battery level here. If the battery is below 15% it's recommended to put the Reach on the charging dock. You'll also receive push notifications as the battery gets low. Click on the arrow to see the full extended dashboard.

6 Send your loved one a hug

You can send a hug to your loved one. It will take up to 2-3 minutes for your loved one to receive it on their Reach. Their Reach will glow purple and they will feel a very slow vibration.

This is a great way to let your loved one know you are thinking of them.
