Silvertree considers a Care Partner anyone who supports you on the Silvertree app. This can be a friend, a family member, a neighbor or anyone you'd like to be connected with you on the Silvertree app.

While Reach wearers can manage the Reach on their own, we always recommend inviting a few loved ones to become a Care Partner. We encourage this for times when you may need help, but not need emergency services showing up to your location.

โ—๏ธ IMPORTANT โ—๏ธ

The Silvertree Reach device MUST be paired to the Reach wearer's account, in order for the safety alert features to notify the Care Team and the 24/7 Emergency Service center.

If you need assistance pairing the Reach to your Silvertree account, please contact Silvertree Customer Support at [email protected]

Features for Care Partners

  • Remotely enable Fall Detection and 24/7 Monitoring

  • Send Hugs to your loved one

  • Confirm/Cancel SOS Requests

  • Receive location information

  • Live group chats during emergencies

  • Reach Battery alerts
