To create your Silvertree account you first have to download the Silvertree app from the app store.

Once the app is successfully downloaded and installed on your device, you can sign up for a Silvertree account.

Signing Up
❗️ If you are signing up for someone else, be aware that two email accounts will need to be created: one for the Reach wearer and one for a Care Team member. You cannot use the same email address on two accounts. Please be sure to use a unique email address that is not shared with anyone else, as this will impact your Silvertree experience.
Signing up for yourself is simple. A unique email address is needed for each Silvertree Profile. If you or your loved one does not have an email address you will need to create one or reach out to Silvertree Support for help!
Press the 'Enter' button on the main screen
Enter your email address. Be sure it's an email address you have access to as a verification code will be sent to your phone
Tap 'Send Code Now' and accept the privacy pop-up checkmark
Open your email from Silvertree to retrieve the 6-digit verification code
Go back to the Silvertree app and enter the 6-digit verification code from the email. Tap 'Enter'
Creating Your Profile
Your profile setup shouldn't take long! Just fill in your name, birth date, and phone number. Then move on to accepting permissions.
Permissions
Be sure to accept your Setup Permissions for your Reach to properly connect. We take your privacy seriously and only use setup permissions to ensure a seamless Silvertree Reach experience. Not allowing permissions may affect your ability to finish the setup of your Reach.
Product Tutorials
Now that your profile is created, you'll be guided through tutorials to learn how to start and stop a SOS and the role of the Care Team during an emergency.
❗️If you are the person creating the Care Team, you will need to designate who on the team will be wearing the Silvertree Reach. It is very important that you assign the Silvertree Reach device to the appropriate Reach wearer at this step. If you need to change it at a later time or signed up for the wrong kind of account, please contact Silvertree Customer Support at [email protected]
There are two types of profiles:

Setting up the Silvertree Reach
❗️The Silvertree Reach device MUST be paired to the Reach wearer's account, in order for the safety alert features to work. If you do not pair your Reach to the app this means the Reach will not work in the case of an emergency.
Either the Reach wearer or the creator of the Care Team can setup and pair the Silvertree Reach during profile creation.
Signing In
If for some reason you are logged out of your account, you can easily log back in by tapping the enter button and following the same steps.
