Your Care Team invites or members can be deleted at any time in your Silvertree app. Below are the steps for how to delete a Care Team member.
⚠️ Note: Deleting a Care Team member before they download the app and set up means they will not have the ability to join your Care Team. This means they will most likely be required to select themselves as a Reach Wearer and must reach out to support in order to switch their account type.
How to delete a Care Team member:
Open your Silvertree app on your phone
Go to 'manage our Care Team'
Tap on 'modify the team'
Tap on the person you'd like to remove. A red box will appear to the right of their profile
Tap on the red box
(Please note: If you have more than one Care Team member, you need to re-assign your Primary Care Partner before deleting them, otherwise an error will occur.)
How to delete a pending Care Team invite:
Open your Silvertree app on your phone
Go to 'manage our Care Team'
Scroll to the Pending Invite header
Tap on the person you'd like to remove. A red box will appear to the right of their profile
Tap on the red box
