If you open your Bluetooth Settings and do not see an ST device listed under connected devices and haven't forgotten the device previously, this means the Reach is connected to a different phone. You can follow the instructions below to connect your Reach to your phone.

IMPORTANT: During an SOS emergency, you do not need Bluetooth to use the Reach device. Bluetooth settings only enable communication of information from the Reach device to the app. If the Reach device is charged and visible on your app, then it will work during an emergency.

1. Reset the Reach device

1. Place your Reach on the charging dock. You will see a flashing or solid LED if your Reach is properly placed on the Reach. If you do not see a flashing or solid LED light, try giving it a wiggle to line up the prongs properly

2. While the Reach is on the dock hold down the button on the side of the Reach til you see a rapid flashing white light. The Reach will then turn a deep blue color. The deep blue color tells us the Reach is in pairing mode.

2. Close out of the Silvertree app and re-open to your device

You can close out of your app completely. Re-open the app to this screen below. Then click on "My Reach".
