If you need to set up a new Reach to your existing Silvertree profile you can follow the steps below. Please note one of these steps requires a Customer Support Agent to remove the current service of your old Reach (see step 3).

1. Remove your Reach device through the Bluetooth settings and reset your Reach.

Android devices

  1. Open your phone settings

  2. Click on 'Connected Devices'

  3. Find the 'ST-###' device and click on the blue gear icon to the right

  4. Tap on 'Forget' below the trash can icon

  5. Tap 'Forget device' on pop-up

iPhone devices

  1. Open your phone settings

  2. Click on 'Bluetooth'

  3. Find the 'ST-###' device and click on the blue 'i' icon to the right

  4. Tap on 'Forget This Device'

Step 2: Resetting the Silvertree Reach to factory settings

1. Place your Reach on the charging dock. You will see a flashing or solid LED if your Reach is properly placed on the Reach. If you do not see a flashing or solid LED light, try giving it a wiggle to line up the prongs properly

2. While the Reach is on the dock hold down the button on the side of the Reach til you see a rapid flashing white light. The Reach will then turn a deep blue color. The deep blue color tells us the Reach is in pairing mode.

3. Contact support to schedule a date to remove the connection to your current phone.

You can email us at [email protected] with the information below:

  1. Email of the Reach Wearers account

  2. Date and time preferred to remove the connection

Note: The connection needs to be removed during business hours (M-F 9-5 am ET)

A support agent will get back to you when your connection has been disabled.

4. Close out of the Silvertree app and re-open to refresh the app

  1. Close out of the Silvertree app (See how here)

  2. Re-open Silvertree

  3. Under 'Device' tap on 'Add a device' and follow the prompts on the screen
