Verification codes not working
Here are a few important things to note:
Codes only last for 10 minutes and always consist of 6 digits
You can only use the most recent code generated.
If you enter the code incorrectly it will give you an authentication error
Your account may be locked out
Your account will be locked if you try to log in unsuccessfully 10 times. But don't fret! We'll send you an email from our [email protected] account with instructions on how to unblock your account.
Your codes may be delayed
If you request a lot of codes, you may be entering an old code. Wait 10 minutes then follow the steps below:
Go to your email and delete all the emails with the current codes so we don't get confused and re-use those!
Open your Silvertree app
Enter your email address and press 'Next'
Wait for the code to go to your inbox. This may take 1-2 minutes
Go back to your Silvertree app and enter the verification code and tap 'Next'
If there is an error that pops up that means the code was entered incorrectly. You can simply click on the last digit and backspace to enter the correct code. Here's an example:
