When turning on 24/7 Emergency Services you will be prompted to verify your phone number. If you have skipped this step or need to update your information, these are the steps for how to do so.
Open the Silvertree app. Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner
Tap 'Edit Profile'
Tap on the 'Cell Phone Number' field (Note: If you see a red phone with a strike-through, this means you do not have a number verified yet)
If you do not have a cellphone already verified, you can now enter a cellphone number or landline.
If you are verifying a landline, make sure to click the 'This is a landline' button.
If you are using a cellphone press 'send code now' and a verification code will be sent to your cellphoneIf you do have a phone number verified already, you'll need to tap 'edit phone number'
