How do I update my Silvertree Reach Device?

Quick guide on how to update the Silvertree Reach and check the firmware in the app

Update your Reach

Updating your Silvertree Reach is important to give you the best, most up-to-date experience possible.

Steps

  1. Take your Reach device and place it on the charging dock.

    1. If your Reach device was already on the dock prior, pick it up and place it back on the dock.

  2. The update will be sent from the charging dock to your Reach.

  3. Wait for up to 5 minutes until the update is complete.

  • Smartphone or tablet with Silvertree app installed.

Verify the firmware version

After updating your Reach, it's important to check the firmware version number to make sure the update was successful. This helps ensure that your device is working properly and that any new features or improvements are properly installed.

Steps to take:

  1. Open the Silvertree app on your smartphone or tablet.

  2. Under "Device" at the bottom of the screen, Tap on your Silvertree Reach device.

  3. Tap on "About my Reach" to see the version number.
