Your Reach settings include fall detection, 24/7 emergency services, and emergency ID.

When you add the Reach to your Silvertree App, you'll be automatically prompted to set up your Reach Settings to get started. If at any time you need to modify these settings, they are easily accessible in the Silvertree app.

How to Change Your Reach Settings in the Silvertree App

Step 1: Open App

Start by launching the Silvertree app on your phone. Make sure you're logged in to access the settings.

Step 2: Navigate to 'My Device'

Within the app, locate and click on your specific device listed under the 'My Device' section.

Step 3: Access 'Reach Settings'

Tap on the option labeled 'Reach Settings' to view and change the various settings for your Reach device.

Step 4: Toggle Settings

Find the button corresponding to the setting you wish to change. Click on it to toggle the setting on or off.

Troubleshooting: I am getting an error message

If you see the error message shown above when attempting to change any settings, please check all of the following...

Verify Account

Make sure you are logged in as the Reach Wearer on the phone that the Reach device was originally paired with.

Enable Bluetooth

Navigate to your phone's settings and ensure that the Bluetooth option is turned on. This is essential for maintaining a stable connection between your phone and the Reach device.

Check Device Status

Confirm that your Reach device is charged and not out of battery. Also, make sure it is within the effective range of your phone to ensure proper functionality.

Turning off your 24/7 Emergency Services Call Center

ℹ️ Learn more about our 24/7 call center here.

With the Emergency Services feature disabled, if a hard fall has been detected or the SOS button is pressed and the Care Team does not respond, the SOS will go completely unanswered until a Care Team Member checks their phone. That means the emergency will never be escalated to our 24/7 Call Center and emergency services will not be dispatched. The Care Team will be 100% responsible for the emergency and will need to contact 911 on their own.
