When you add the Reach to your Silvertree App, you'll be automatically prompted to set up your health information. If you need to update your health medication this is how.

1. Open your Silvertree app for the Reach Wearer and tap on your profile. Your profile is in the top right corner and will display your profile photo or initials

2. Tap on My Health Data

3. Tap 'add' to the sections you need to add the health information. Tap 'edit' to sections you need to update health information

4. Don't forget to press the + button or press 'Enter' on your keyboard to add the information. Then hit 'Save' at the bottom.
