I am seeing Amber when on the go. What does it mean?

The Amber LED is an indicator of the connection signal.

During an SOS or an Emergency situation

If the amber is flashing during an emergency (after the button is pressed or a fall is detected) this will indicate that the SOS has not yet gone through. The Reach will do everything in its power to make a connection when there is an emergency. This can be caused by a low LTE signal, GPS obstructions, or WiFi not being connected.

Not during an emergency

If you see the amber LED during a time when there is no emergency, this can mean a few things:

  1. You're in an area with little to no LTE coverage

  2. Your Wifi connection is resetting

  3. Your LTE connection is resetting

This is not an indicator that your Reach is not working.
