How to find my device serial number or order number?
In order to verify your identity for returns, account changes, and/or cancellations we will ask for your device serial number or order number. Below are instructions on how to find the information.
Note: Cancellations and returns can only be processed by the Reach purchaser.
Where is my Reach serial number?
On your Reach
Your Reach has the serial number listed on the back of the face. This is located below 'MODEL' and above the 'FCC ID'. |

If you are the Reach wearer and you have your Reach paired, you can find the serial number in the Silvertree app

Where is my Reach Order number?
You'll need to locate the email you provided at the time of purchase. Note that this email can be different than the email that you signed up for Silvertree with. In your email you can search "Receipt Silver Tree Labs, Inc". You should see an invoice from Silvertree.
