Do Not Disturb is a feature that allows you to silence incoming calls, messages, and notifications while you're busy, sleeping, or in a meeting. However, it's important to note that if Do Not Disturb is enabled on your device, it may limit important calls.

If your Do Not Disturb is turned on this can affect Silvertree:

  1. Emergency Services will not be able to contact you to confirm an emergency and the call may be escalated. This can result in Emergency Responders going to your location

  2. Hugs will not be received to your phone or tablet

If you need to keep your phone in Do Not Disturb mode, we suggest you add Silvertree to the list of approved apps and add Silvertree Emergency Services to your approved contacts to allow notifications from.
