In the case a fall is detected or the button on the Reach is pressed it can be escalated to our 24/7 Emergency Services Response Team. When this happens both the Reach wearer and their Primary Care Partner will receive calls and texts from the agent responding to their alarm.
We highly recommend adding information to your phone's contact list. This will help avoid any spam filters your phone may have and allow you to customize the way your phone displays its messages and calls!
