Incorrect battery level reporting in the app
You may notice your battery level is not updating after a charge or has been stuck at the same percentage for a long time. Battery level is reported by the Bluetooth connection.
IMPORTANT: Your Reach works without a Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth connection is only used for giving your app information.
When your Reach is charged the button press and fall detection still work without a Bluetooth connection.
Here is how to reconnect your Bluetooth connection:
Go to the settings on your phone
Click on 'Bluetooth'
Find the device starting with "ST" and tap on it
