⚠️ A hard reset will remove the Reach from your phone. You should only reset the Reach if you are pairing to a new phone or if the Silvertree Technical Support team directs you to do so.
How to do a hard reset (Skip to video)
Ensure your charging dock and cords are properly plugged in
Place the Reach on the charging dock. The Reach will show a white LED when the Reach is properly on the dock
While the LEDs are still white hold down the button on the side of the Reach for 10 seconds and wait for the LEDs to blink a white color rapidly
You'll know the Reach has reset because the Reach will be blinking a deep blue color rather than a white LED.
