As the Care Partner or the Reach Wearer you can toggle on and off settings such as fall detection, emergency services and Emergency ID.
How to toggle fall detection
Open your Silvertree App. Make sure you're logged in as the Reach wearer.
Scroll to "Device" and click on the Reach
Click to "Reach Settings"
The Fall Detection will be green and toggled to the right when it is ON
