Here's what is new in the Silvertree app update version 1.3.0.

The Reach wearer can now stop the SOS from the Silvertree app

To cancel an SOS the reach wearer can double press the button on the side of the Reach. We've now introduced a new feature to be able to cancel the SOS from your phone right away, too, in case you do not feel the Reach pulsing or see that it is blinking red.

The Care Team will receive a text during an SOS

The care team will get a push notification as well as a text message when the SOS is sent to their phones. This is an extra step of safety to ensure even if you miss the push notification from our app, you will receive a text! Be sure to see your app tutorials for how to add Silvertree to your contacts.

Escalate immediately with our 24/7 Call Center during an emergency

When an SOS is sent to the Care Team and they open the app, there are 3 options: Call 911, Contact your loved one, or cancel the SOS. Call 911 will connect you immediately to our call center rather than connect you to your local 911. Our call center will have your loved ones location and can quickly get in touch with their local Emergency Services.

Share important Health Information with First Responders (optional)

Adding health information is optional. You now have the ability to add your health data information and you can choose to make it available to first responders in case of an emergency. As a reminder, we take your privacy seriously. Nothing will be shared except with the Emergency Services in case of an emergency if you choose to select to share it.
