How do I use a landline for my Reach?

The Silvertree Reach needs a smart device to get activated. A landline can be used for Emergency Services but you will need to contact support to be verified.

Setup

In order to activate your Reach you will need to have a smart device. If you do not have a smart device, your Reach will not be active. You can use the following smart devices:

  • iPhone

  • Android

  • iPad

Emergency Services

If you're able to setup your Reach on one of the devices above, and would prefer to verify your landline for emergency services, please contact support at [email protected].
