Sending Your Logs to Silvertree

There are times in which a Silvertree representative may ask you to send your Reach's logs over to Silvertree using the Silvertree app. Knowing how to do this is incredibly useful as this will help diagnose and troubleshoot any issues on your device that we may not be able to access normally.


How to Send Silvertree Your Logs

Step 1: Access Settings

Click on your settings—where you see your face or initials in a circle—in the top right corner of your app.


Step 2: Scroll Down

Move all the way to the bottom of the settings menu to locate the 'Logs' option.


Step 3: Select 'Logs'

Click on the 'Logs' option to proceed to the next step.


Step 4: Send Logs

Click the button that says "Send Logs to Silvertree." This will transmit your logs for further analysis or troubleshooting.
