Why is my loved one's location incorrect in the Silvertree app?

The Silvertree app will track your loved ones location and provide their real time location information directly within the app. The location information displayed in the Silvertree app is obtained from different connection sources: Wi-Fi, GPS/LTE and the mobile device of the person wearing the device. If there is no location showing this may be due to the wearer of the device being in a location with limited LTE/GPS signal. See what impacts the LTE/GPS signal here. It may also be because the device has drained all of it's battery. You would have received push notifications that the device was running low on battery prior to it powering down.
