How do I cancel my subscription?

Thank you for being a Silvertree Reach member. We’re sorry to hear you will no longer be using Silvertree.

Time to Process the Return

Once we process your cancellation your services will be shut off immediately. That means you will no longer have access to Silvertree and the Reach will not work in an emergency. Before canceling, please consider how this may affect your Care Team ❤️. Let your care team know first and make sure you have a plan.

If you are within your 30-day free trial you are eligible to send back your Reach to be refunded for the cost of the device. You must send it in the original box to receive the full refund minus the Reach Fee (See our Terms of Sale).

We will work as fast as possible to accommodate your request. It may take up to 3 business days to respond to your cancellation request. The average cancellation process can take 2-3 weeks. If you’re charged during this period, we will automatically issue you a refund when the process is complete.


Your Subscription

After the 30-day trial period, you will only be charged for the time your subscription was active. If you are outside of the 30-day window you will not be charged on the next billing cycle date. Annual subscriptions will be pro-rated.


Eligibility for Returns

All returns must be made within 30 days from purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of damage or do not meet the below criteria.

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging and include the charging dock and cables.


Refunds on Devices

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus the Reach Fee) will automatically be applied to your original method of payment along with a receipt. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to the varying processing times of financial organizations.
