What is the return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Silvertree Reach within 30 days of your date of purchase for a refund, minus a $25 fee for return shipping and processing. If you would like to cancel your subscription at any time, please reach out to us and we can assist you.
Cancel your subscription
If you are within the 30-day window you will be granted a refund for your subscription if you had been charged. We will send you a return label and ask that you ship us back your device.
If you are outside of the 30-day window you will not be eligible for a subscription refund, but you will not be charged on the next billing cycle date.
Refunds for Subscriptions
After the 30-day trial period, you will only be charged for the time your subscription was active. If you are outside of the 30-day window you will not be charged on the next billing cycle date. Annual subscriptions will be pro-rated.
Eligibility for Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days from purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of damage or do not meet the below criteria.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging and include the charging dock and cables.
Refunds on Devices
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus the Reach Fee) will automatically be applied to your original method of payment along with a receipt. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to the varying processing times of financial organizations.
