Why does Silvertree not have phone support?

Phone support is available upon request. Email us or message us in a chat and let us know your phone number, the best time to reach you and the reason for your request.

We strive to have the best service as possible and we understand how important this decision is. That is why we don't have 24/7 phone support. Scheduling calls ensures we preserve quality over quantity. We want to make sure your every question is answered in the time you need by experts every time.

Please send us a request for phone support at anytime and we will schedule a time with you at our next available time slot.

Setup Concierge

We also offer a complimentary concierge service for getting setup as well. This is a 45-minute session with an onboarding specialist. *Please note this is only for setup purposes and we ask that you kindly reserve it for the customers who need assistance getting started.

Please note that technical support is different than our 24/7 Emergency Services.
