Changing or updating your payment method

You can update your payment method by signing into the Billing Portal using the email you made your original purchase with.

Access the Billing Portal

How do I update or enter my payment?

  1. Click on the billing portal link above or HERE.

  2. Enter the email address used to purchase the Silvertree Reach. *

  3. You'll receive a link in your email to access the billing portal.

  4. Click on 'Add a new payment method'

  5. Enter your payment method information and hit 'Add'.

Note: If you have already started a Silvertree subscription with us you MUST use the email address you used at checkout. If you have never started a subscription before, you can access the app to create a new subscription.
