Subscription expired explained

If you see a message in your app that says 'Subscription Expired' it can mean a few things:

  1. Your payment method on file is expired or compromised and you need to update your billing information. You can update your payment information in our Billing Portal

  2. You canceled your subscription and need to reactivate your subscription

  3. You purchased with QVC or another retailer and never set up your subscription

  4. We are missing information on your account and you need to contact customer support.
